1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund.
Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

2. Late Cancellations
If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
In such cases, you may be eligible for a return (see Refund Policy below).
Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please follow our refund guidelines:

Refunds are only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
You must initiate a refund request within 7 days of receiving the product.
Custom-made products are non-refundable, except in cases of defects caused by us.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
